COUNSEL

MEGAN MINGEY AUCHINCLOSS.  Ms. Auchincloss is Of Counsel at the Law Office of David Mastbaum. Her practice focuses on intellectual property work, with an emphasis on trademark law, as well as a wide variety of litigation. Ms. Auchincloss has represented numerous corporations in lawsuits in federal and state court and in various federal and state administrative proceedings. Her practice also has included securities class action litigation and administrative enforcement proceedings, appellate work, insurance coverage litigation, and criminal defense.


Ms. Auchincloss earned her B.A. from Duke University in 1994, graduating cum laude with a triple major in Political Science, History, and Spanish. She earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1997, where she served as Associate Editor of the University of Michigan Journal of Law Reform and was recognized for her writing and advocacy. Ms. Auchincloss is a member of the state bars of Colorado and Pennsylvania.
